1. Booking process
Booking VAULT 14 does not require registration. A booking is temporarily held once the form is submitted and only becomes confirmed after the Operator verifies payment.
2. Payment
Payment is made by transfer to details issued individually per booking upon request. Details are valid for a limited time shown on the payment page.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests are handled via the Telegram support bot. Refund terms depend on how far in advance of the session you contact us.
4. Age restriction
VAULT 14 is open only to guests aged 18 and over. The Operator may request age verification on arrival.
5. Guest liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to VAULT 14 property caused during their session.
