1. General
This Privacy Policy governs how VAULT 14 (the “Operator”) processes personal data of thevault14.ru visitors. By using the site and submitting a booking, you agree to this Policy. The Russian-language version of this document is the legally binding one.
2. Data we collect
When you book, we collect your first, last and patronymic name, phone number, email, guest count, chosen date and session, and any comment you leave. When paying, a payment confirmation file (receipt) may also be collected.
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed solely to create and confirm your booking, contact you, issue and verify payment, and send service notifications about your booking status.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in a protected database with restricted access. Payment receipts are only accessible to authorized administrators through a private, secured channel. Admin passwords are stored as irreversible hashes.
5. Third parties
Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g. passing data to the Telegram bot operator to contact you) or as required by Russian law.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion or correction of your personal data by contacting support through the Telegram bot listed in the Contacts section.
